My name is Alfredo Parayno I started my journey in Balintawak back in December 14 2001. This is when I met Great Grand Master Atillo doing a demo. When I  heard the clattering of canes hitting and smelling the burn from multiple strikes and blocks drew me in closer to see who it was.

I have always wanted to know more of the Filipino martial arts. I was hooked I wanted to learn more of this style, was fast and close. I've stuck to Balintawak hook line and sinker and wanted to be better. I am still here learning what I can, now its a part of my life's journey always being a student.
